Answer: Reservations can be made online, by phone (910) 338-3134, and in-person at our Riverwalk shop. Reservations are not confirmed until paid in full. Some excursions require a minimum number of passengers and may be cancelled by our staff. In the event of such a cancellation, all fees are 100% refundable.
What form of payments do you accept?
Answer: We accept payments by cash, check, or credit card (American Express, Discover, Visa, and MasterCard).
Where are you located?
Answer: The Wilmington is located at 212 S. Water Street in downtown Wilmington, North Carolina. We are between Orange and Ann streets on the Cape Fear Riverwalk.

Do you offer parking?
Answer: Parking is available in the Public Parking Deck, lots, and on the street.
I have a discount coupon. What is your policy on discounted seats?
Answer: Our policy is: Up to 10 tier one discounted seats are available on each cruise 24 hours prior to departure. Tier one discounted seats are those offered to a customer at a 50% discount.
What should I bring on the boat?
Answer: Bring your camera, and any special needs that you may require.
In the event of rain, will the trip still go on?
Answer: We are fully enclosed and rain does not normally prevent departure. However, it is at the Captain’s discretion to cancel based on weather conditions.
Is there a restroom on board?
Answer: Yes. We have a restroom available on board and it is handicap accessible.
What is your cancellation policy?
Answer: Customers will receive a full refund with 24 hours notice of cancellation. If a private charter cancellation must be 2 weeks prior to scheduled cruise. Customers will also receive a full refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
Do you allow pets?
Answer: It is up to the Captain’s discretion, we try to be pet-friendly, but it is up to the passengers on the boat.
Do you allow strollers?
Answer: No, we do not allow strollers, but we can keep them in the shop while you cruise.
Do you allow wheelchairs?
Answer: Yes, we allow wheelchairs and we are handicap accessible.
Can we bring our own food and beverages?
Answer: We offer snacks and a full bar is available (soda, water, beer, wine, and mixed drinks). No coolers allowed.
Do you offer private group charters?
Answer: Yes. We offer a variety of private charters for corporate events, wedding receptions, and special occasions. Please refer to our Group Rates and Information or call 910-632-4095.
We want to have an on-board wedding ceremony. Is the Captain authorized to marry us?
Answer: The Captain is allowed to perform the ceremony
