Answer: Reservations can be made online, by phone (910) 338-3134, and in-person at our Riverwalk shop. Reservations are not confirmed until paid in full. Some excursions require a minimum number of passengers and may be cancelled by our staff. In the event of such a cancellation, all fees are 100% refundable.

Answer: The Wilmington is located at 212 S. Water Street in downtown Wilmington, North Carolina. We are between Orange and Ann streets on the Cape Fear Riverwalk near the River 128 Restaurant. Look for our storefront with a kiosk, pirate and postcards.

Answer: Parking is available in the Public Parking Deck on Market Street between 2nd and Front Streets, private lots are located behind River 128 Restaurant and next to the Chanlder’s Wharf Building on Water Street between Dock & Ann Streets. Also a private lot on Second and Orange Streets next to the Hannah Block Center. Street parking at meters (not restricted blocks) is free after 6:30 pm and free on Sunday.

Answer: We are fully enclosed and rain does not normally prevent departure. However, it is at the Captain’s discretion to cancel based on weather conditions.

Customers will also receive a full refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. For private charters, cancellation must be 2 weeks prior to scheduled cruise.

Answer: Yes, we are pet friendly. The captain would just need to make sure the other passengers are okay with your pet coming along for the cruise.

Answer: No, we do not allow strollers, but we can keep them in the shop while you cruise.
